Is GOODLOAD free?
Yes, right now it is free. If any service ever carries a charge, you will be told plainly before that happens — nothing is ever deducted quietly.
Do I need to install anything?
No. GOODLOAD runs in the browser on any phone or laptop. You can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. An Android app is on the way.
Where is my data kept? Who can see it?
On Google Cloud (Firebase) in Mumbai, India. Only you and the staff you add can see your bills and accounts. A buyer sees only the bills you send to them.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Keep making bills without a network. They are saved on your phone and upload by themselves when the internet is back.
What if I lose my phone or change my number?
Log in on another phone with your mobile number, or with the Gmail and password you linked. Everything is still there.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Settings → Delete account permanently removes your account and data. See what is deleted.
